  • Managed website refresh and executed new creative and content direction to transform B2C brand, Door.com, to meet modern SEO, design and web accessibility standards. Project managed timeline while executing initial UX design, wireframes, on-page SEO backed copy, and oversaw art direction in partnership with product + development teams.

  • Redefined USP and brand values, managed refresh on look & feel / voice & tone for multiple audiences across mobile and desktop, as well as maintaining brand consistencies throughout agency partners initiatives (creative, video production, SEO & PR).

  • Set content strategy, determined cadence + distribution, produced and published ongoing SEO backed blog posts, organic + paid social, email, and short-form videos to support all stages of the customer journey (e.g. long form explainer videos, infographics, slick sheets, radio and podcast scripts, and sales collateral).

  • Served as brand voice and first touch point for users across social media and paid media channels. Maintained brand profiles, published content and responded to customer reviews, comments and inquiries.

CREATIVE DIRECTION • CONTENT STRATEGY

Explaining how to sell a home online pre-Covid was no easy feat. After a rebrand and new content strategy, I was tasked with creating a new way to explain our pretty complicated process. Working with a creative animation agency, we were able to simplify and bring a human element of our realtor team to the surface.
